CheapOair customers can now dial a Toll Free number and speak to an agent in the Billing Department if they have any billing related questions regarding any recent purchase of Air, Hotel, Car or Activities and Event Tickets.
Billing Agents are highly skilled in the Computer Reservation System and will be more than happy to assist a CheapOair Customer with their questions, such as charges in their Credit Card Statement, taxes, fees etc.
The customer resolution process generally involves requesting the customer to fax a copy of the Credit card statement to CheapOair. We will research it in the PNR and GDS systems, as well as with the Airlines. Additionally, we’ll cross reference the issue by checking with the Airline for ticketing rules and the fare basis for the specific class of ticket.
CheapOair’s goal is to achieve Customer Resolution within 48 hours, two Business Days.
